职位描述：
Key Dutis/Responsibilities 主要职责：
Development and management of department procurement plans. Develop and support procurement projects and programs to achieve business & functional goals and continuous improvement of processes;
制定并管理部门的采购计划，以达成业务目标并不断改善；

Develop the supplier according to marketing or sales needs, manage supplier relationships to achieve continuous improvements to increase benefits to the company;
根据销售和市场的需要，开发供应商，并管理已有供应商，维护供应商关系以使公司获益；

To develop negotiation strategies for the key samples and services in the sampling center and lead or participate in negotiation process for the relevant products. Make recommendations in regards to supplier selection, development and performance in support of the plants;
制定样品中心样品及服务的谈判战略，参与相关样品的供应商谈判，并在供应商选择、营运单位表现分析上给出指导意见；

Control budgets and costs for marketing tools or other products;
控制市场工具和其他产品的采购成本；

Manage process to secure and update information on volume, cost requirements, supplier capability and competitive intelligence.
管理所采购产品的生产、报价、供应商产能及竞争优势。

Related position requirements/ qualifications 任职条件：
University graduate or above;
大学本科及以上学历；

Good communication skills and negotiation tactics;
良好的沟通技巧和谈判技能；

Professional with 3 years of management experience on purchase in international business, gift, FMCG plus;
3年以上跨国企业采购管理专业经验，礼品、快消品行业优先；

English and Chinese proficiency;
中英文表达流利；

Computer skills;
