Purpose of the position:
1. 此岗位主要针对大型地产集团的集采和品牌入围工作
This position focus on central purchase of big real estate, include put SOCOMEC into the brand list of big real estate
2. 此岗位通过做大型企业总部的入围工作,并与个区域沟通配合,以达到最终中标大型企业在全国各地项目的目的
This position will cooperate with regional sales to win the projects in different cities of China which invested by the big real estates.
Key Job Responsibilities /Activities:
1. 负责跟进大型地产集团的集采工作
Be responsible to the central purchase of the big real estates.
2. 负责非中央集中采购但需要总部选定供应商入围名单的大型地产集团,比如万科等。
Be responsible to the big real estates which not doing the central purchasing but need put supplier in their list, such as Vanke Real Estate Co.
3. 制定溯高美公司有关需要总部和区域配合去跟进大型企业各地区项目的流程
Work out the process to follow up the big customers which need the cooperation from HQ and regional sales.
4. 支持各区域经理、销售人员实现对大型地产集团在各地投资项目的跟进和投标工作
Support regional managers and sales to follow up the projects in different cities which invested by the big real estates.
Requirements:
? 大学本科或以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
? 至少5年以上针对中央集采需求的大地产集团的工作经验
At least 5 years work experience in the central purchasing of big real estates.
? 建筑电气或建筑材料相关产品销售技能
Sales skill in building electric product or other building material
? 大客户管理技能
Key customer management skill
? 英语良好
Good English
? 工作积极主动。能够接受经常出差
