职位描述：

岗位概要: Key Performance Area

Serve as business partner to plant leadership team to enhance organizational effectiveness and competitiveness by providing HR leadership, professional support and programs that are aligned with business strategies and objectives.

Oversee the full spectrum of HR management in plant level. Ensure the smooth daily HR operation in the plant scope level.

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

Maintain and update Plant HR rules & regulations and ensure implementation of the policies within the organization

Work with Plant LT, support timely development of Human Resources Plans in line with China HR guidelines and schedules

Direct the recruitment and selection processes with the leverage of corp. recruitment team

Be in charge of the plant C&B process and operations

Ensure the implementation of equitable and competitive compensation program for organization to attract, motivate and retain skilled staff

Implement performance management process in organization, ensure the high quality of performance management cycle is in place

Develop tailor made training programs for plant staff(both soft skill and functional) to ensure the right career development

Co-ordinate succession and development plans in order to ensure continuity of competent staff

Tactically handle the employee relationship across all levels

Facilitate Zero Loss Culture program to build a best place to work

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

Bachelor Degree and above

HR experience with a generalist background, a business perspective and an operational orientation

10 years' relevant working experiences

An ability to work in matrix with a demonstrated ability

Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-directed, people-oriented, proactive

Planning & execution skill, sense of onsibility, fast learner and team player.

Good coaching and influencing skill

Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Mandarin
