As a HR digitization specialist, this role will support/implement Global, Asia Pacific regional and China local HR applications, and act as the key contributor to HR digitization roadmap.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support HR Information applications at regional/country level
  • Participate in the HR Information System Roadmap Design
  • Interpret HR processes into IT solutions
  • Deliver solutions for HR data integration and data analytics
  • Prepare documentation and user guides
  • HR Systems enhancement and daily support to key users

REQUIREMENT:
  • 3+ Years working experiences in IT fields
  • Good communication skill in both Chinese and English
  • IT deployment project management experience
  • Skills of C#, Javascript, SQL, HTML5 is nice to have
  • English is good for verbal/written in communications
  • Pro-active service attitude and driving for results
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
  • IT related discipline
