Position Purpose
Individual filling this position is accountable for providing strong execution/delivery of business support, standardized acquisition/divestiture execution, and value-added operational services for the customers and solutions owned and managed by Information Management (IM).

Primary Responsibilities
? Applies technical skills and knowledge to assist support/services in the areas of business analysis, support, services user acceptance testing, and information quality/accuracy and business process efficiencies.
? Supports utilization of IM systems and processes by responding promptly to end-user inquiries
? Investigates solutions to operations’ issues and develops or contributes to written materials that communicate solutions and/or options to relevant stakeholders resulting in appropriate decisions.
? Liaise with IM business team and technical groups to define or gather business requirements, define new business and support processes or improve existing processes.
? Gather metrics and generate standard reports regarding usage or support of IM systems
? Lead small projects of short duration, following established methodologies
? Liaise with IM business team and technical groups to provide/review impact assessments of business requirements and technical change which include the identification of processes and applications, required changes to these processes and applications, and alternatives to mitigate impact.
? Maintain a collaborative program of continuous improvement within the organization.

Technical Skill Requirements
? Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to investigate and solve problems
? Proficient at Microsoft SharePoint 2013 development
? Proficient at Design and Development of SharePoint Apps based on Microsoft SharePoint, JQuery, JavaScript, REST Data Services.
? Proficient at SharePoint technology (e.g., Microsoft InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, etc.)
? Proficient at HTML and CSS development and UI design
? Proven experience with Mircosoft word/Excel VBA development
? Knowledge of application system management and change control processes, application validation and implementation in a GxP environment
? Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
? Demonstrated customer relationship skills and capabilities and collaboration on teams.
? Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
? Ability to communicate complex information and analyses to a variety of audiences in both verbal and written format.


Resources Managed (budget and FTEs)
Qualifications (i.e., preferred education, experience, attributes)
? Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, engineering, or statistics.
? Minimum of 3 years of SharePoint development experience
? Proven experience with Mircosoft word/Excel VBA development
? Experience with front end UI design is preferred
? Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
? Possess knowledge in project management, data analysis, business analysis, and information integration

On October 31, 2005, Pfizer announced the official opening of China Research and Development Center (CRDC) in Shanghai. Pfizer Global Research and Development’s Center is mainly engaged in drug development activities. Much of the facility's capacity is devoted to the study design, data management and statistical analysis of global phase I-IV clinical trials, as well as the clinical study report process. In addition, CRDC is a part of Pfizer global Safety and Risk Management and covers the functions of safety data processing and assessment. The center also trains Pfizer employees in China and throughout the Asia region in internationally recognized Good Clinical Practice standards.
