1. Returnee PhD or equivalent with more than 3 years working experience in cell biology, molecular biology or related biology discipline. Well skilled in cell tissue culture, assay development and trouble-shooting of functional and prototypical assays.
2. High responsibility, self-motivated, proactive and team work spirit.
岗位职责：
1. Plan, design, trouble-shoot, and execute experiments to examine the biological functions of targets and their associated signaling pathways.
2. Screen and characterize the effect of small molecule hits/leads on targets and their associated pathways, and elucidate the drug mechanism of action.
3. Master and advance the technologies required for cancer biology works.
4. Data analysis and presentations for internal meetings, external clients and publications.
5. Manage and develop the junior scientific staff and responsible for their technical and career success.
