ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1 Deliver NPD tasks or NPD sub-projects with limited guidance and supervision;
2 Support manufacturing for launched products independently;
3 Provide for engineering support for related products;
4 Lead and deliver Value Engineering projects.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
1 Bachelor's degree or above, master is preferred. Mechanical or Electric Engineering background;
2 3 years or longer experience in position as Assistant Engineer, NPD;
3 Technical foundation in fuse and/or related products and applications;
4 Matrix management (product performance, manufacturability & cost);
5 Communications;
6 Continuous improvement mindset;
7 Data based decision making;
8 Project management.
