职位描述
Responsibility:
·Come up with the yearly/quarterly/monthly training calendars for the South and Central region to cover the training needs for all levels of retail staff (including new/existing retail sales and shop supervisors). Compile reports and analysis on the identified gap/area and advise on the improvement as well as action plan.
·Maintain and conduct the regular retail training both in-class and on-site.
·Identify the training needs for specific topics with reference to new business development, initiatives, and product or services.
·Design, conduct, and evaluate the relevant training to equip the retail shop with the required competencies.
·Follow up with the transfer and application of skills in the O&O shops and franchisees store in key cities by store visits and on-site coaching. Develop tool kits e.g. selling/service tips to enhance the application as needed.
·From the Mystery Shopper program result, analyze the improvement needed and partner with Sales/Retails to suggest the action plan. Compile reports for the communication for the monthly key account meeting.
·Be the lead in coordinating the training for the new releases; which requires partnership with all the related parties to pin down the dates, suggest the schedules, compile training material, identify the venue, negotiate cost, and arrange logistic.
·Supervise the customer service representative and the training assistant .
·Provide the recommendation to address specific issues in retail service in the South and Central region.
·Support the Retail Director to strategize the train-the-trainer approach as well as compose the road-map to equip the franchisees trainers with the training skill needed. Monitor and supervise the progress of the train-the-trainer approach.
·Be the project lead (and partner with the internal trainers in the other regions), design the training materials both in equipping the trainer with the training skills AND preparing the tools kits for them to roll out the training program in their respective areas.
·Be the overall project lead for updating/revising the retail operation manual.
Requirement
·Degree or college graduate in Business / Fashion or related disciplines
·4-5 years experience in retail training with experience in full range of retail training and performance improvement initiative plus at least 2 year in management position.
·Preferably in the apparel / cosmetics industry
·Strong analytical skill with numerical sense for data management
·Good communication, influence and people management skill
·Well organized and time management
·Excellent both writing and communication skill in both English and Chinese.
