Job responsibilities:

主要职责

1) According to recruitment plan, full responsible for recruiting work of BBAFC

根据招聘计划，全面负责公司内部人才招聘工作

2) To help Line Mgrs. to complete the relevant JD of each position.

协助上级完成岗位职责说明书

3) To investigate talent stock and distribution of the industry, analyze the current employment demand, deal with recruitment channel development, maintain and exploit to ensure the recruitment channel effected.

调查公司所需人才的外部人力资源存量与分布状况，进行有效分析，对招聘渠道实施规划、开发、维护、拓展，确保招聘渠道能有效满足公司的用人需求。

4) To do posting, screening, arrange interview with relevant business functions to ensure interview and evaluate in time.

发布职位需求信息，进行简历分类、筛选，组织相关部门人员共同完成面试工作，确保面试及时开展及考核结果符合岗位要求。

5) To do reference check of the successful candidates, negotiate offer.

对拟录用人员进行背景调查，与其进行待遇沟通，完成录用通知。

6) To write recruitment advertisement, maintain recruitment websites, and coordinate recruitment vendors.

负责招聘广告的撰写，招聘网站的维护和更新，及相关招聘渠道供应商的信息沟通。

7) To control the recruitment cost.

招聘费用的申请、控制和报销。

8) To optimize recruitment policy and process, complete the recruitment analysis report.

优化招聘制度和流程，完成招聘分析报告。

9) Other duties as delegated.

其他相关工作。

Job requirements

要求

1)Bachelor degree or above in HR, Management, or related discipline.

本科以上学历，人力资源，管理或其他相关专业。

2)Be familiar with recruitment process.

熟悉招聘流程。

3)Above 3 years relevant experience.

3年以上相关工作经验。

4)Having background or resource of auto finance industry is preferred.

有汽车金融行业背景或者资源者优先考虑。
