Responsibility

1. Closely involving in the operation activities decisions, and providing the relevant analysis for school master and project manager

2. In depth tracking and monitoring of business results, and explain changes in performance and foresee potential opportunities and risks to performance targets

3. Monthly group reporting following PRC principles

4. Develop and refine internal control framework, including implementation of China internal control policies, BJ HQ internal control initiatives; review of local authority matrix, system access rights, maintenance of master data etc.

5. Act as the "bridge" between HQ, BU and local entity to ensure that HQ processes, procedures, guidelines and templates are being implemented.


Qualifications

1. University Degree, CPA preferred, Solid accounting knowledge: PRC and IFRS is a must
2. 3+ years experience working as a financial controller or similar experience , Work experience in 4 big firm over two years.

3. Regional mobility is a must dealing with education industry, or working in a school establish
4. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate across distances to multiple functions, and to different levels of management.
5. Fluent English in written and oral
