职位描述：
1. 通过邮件或传真接收客户订单并正确录入JDE（包括正确单价和数量，产品名），查询库存并回复客户订单交期；
2. 按流程安排发货，整理并归档保存订单及订单确认文件；
3. 协调仓库与计划以确保订单按期按量交货；
4. 按流程跟进样品，退货，价格及Credit Note的审批；
5. 把审批后的价格及时更新到JDE系统并向客户提供已审批的报价单；
6. 接收、跟进并回复客户的调查资料或投诉；联络相关部门跟进客户调查资料及回复，协助销售安排退货；
7. 周期自查未完成出货的订单情况，协助跟踪库存以避免一些不该延误的订单；
8. 跟进新客户（限现金客户）在JDE的开户和变更，并定期补充和更新所跟进客户的联系资料；
9. 协助销售管理寄售客户包括相关寄售合同的存档，安排盘点，结算，及跟进Running Cost审批；
10. 协助Credit跟进相关客户付款情况并通知客户发货情况；
11. 提供销售或客户一些销售相关报表；
12. 及完成上级要求之其他各项工作；

任职资格：
 -3年及以上相关工作经验；
- 良好的英语表达能力；
- 熟练使用办公软件；
- 良好的人际关系、沟通技巧及服务意识；
- 较强的抗压能力； 举报 分享
