主要工作职责 Main Job Responsibilities:

o 开发销售Develop sales
o 保持营业额Maintain sales
o 提供专业支持&培训产品使用(护士,医生)Provide professional support & education to healthcare providers (nurses, doctors)
? 开发销售Develop Sales
o 建立账户(医院)或客户群(护士,医生)发展计划:行动计划,电话报告,和行动计划更进。组
o Establish account (hospital) or customer group (nurses, doctors) development plan : action plan, call report, action plan follow up
o 开发新的医院和/或者在已经开发的医院中开发更多部门和/或向已经开发的医院介绍更多的产品
o Open new hospitals and/or more departments within an existing hospital and/or introduce more products within an existing hospital
? 保持营业额Maintain Sales
o 建立账户(医院)或客户群(护士,医生)发展计划:行动计划,电话报告,和行动计划跟进
o Establish account (hospital) or customer group (nurses, doctors) call plan: action plan, call report, action plan follow up
o 保持和加强现有入院产品的营业额
o Maintain and strengthen sales of existing products already sold in hospitals
? Develop & Maintain sales
o 执行市场战略Implement the sales and marketing strategy
o 与经销商合作贯彻公司策略;产品结构,定价和针对医院的上市计划。Work with distributors to implement the company strategy: product mix, pricing and target hospital listing plan
o 开拓,发展新的业务Identify, initiate, develop and support new applications and business
o 支持客户和业务发展Support interface between customers and Marketing team
o 对于客户的投诉和要求需及时反馈Give feedback to customers on complaints and inquiries (progress update and final findings and conlusion)
o 紧跟市场潮流和竞争者的一举一动Follow up on market trend and competitors activities
o 制定业务规划,如:产品销售收入,年度计划下每个客户和产品所需达到的目标Provide input in operational planning i.e sales revenue and volume targets per customer and product under annual planning
o 与D&B团队合作,支持定价,报销和招标活动Support pricing, reimbursement and bidding activities in coordination with the D&B team
? 提供专业支持&培训产品使用(护士,医生)Provide professional support & education to healthcare providers (nurses, doctors)
o 销售活动Deploy and execute marketing activities
o 通过部署公司策略和市场工具,促进教育和客户之间的专业交换Facilitate education and professional exchange between customers by deploying company’s strategy and marketing tools
o 帮助医疗保健专员提供全方位伤病护理和提升患者服务水平。Enable healthcare provider to provide total wound care solution and improve services to patients

任职条件Qualifications: (关键专业技能和行为技能Key technical skills & Key behavior skills)
? 正规院校大学专科或以上学历,医药或市场营销等相关专业
? Recognized college or university Bachelor Degree -major in medicine or business administration
? 至少2年医药或器械实际销售工作经验,具有代理商管理经验者优先
? At least 2 years' experience in relevant industry and function, such as sales and marketing in Medical device. Experience in distributor management is preferred.

? Good understanding of the sales skills.
? 熟练应用电脑和常用办公软件
? Strong numeric and computer literate (including MS Office, Lotus Notes etc.)
