职位描述：
Software Technical Support Engineer – Semi – Dalian

Responsibility
1. Develop CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) communication interface program for AMAT products according to customer communication specifications.
2. Develops software documentation.
3. Troubleshoots a variety of moderately difficult software problems. Performs software tests on code and enhancements. Defines software specifications.
4. Interfaces with external customers regarding software issues
5. Interfaces with internal customers for requirements analysis and schedule.
6. Compiles data for regularly scheduled or special reports, analysis and statements.
7. Provide off-hours customer support via pager and cellular telephone as scheduled. Provide telephone coverage as scheduled.
8. Provide on-going training to customers and customer engineers (CE) for technical products and systems issues.
9. Provide assistance in analysis of customer OS performance, integration and database management issues. Deliver updates and reports to managers, partners and peers.

? Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities
? Computer Science and Technology
? Computer software programming skills
? Good at Windows programming with C++/C# (platform: Microsoft Visual Studio)
? Good at Network programming (be capable develop Client / Server or Peer-to-Peer applications)
? Know well about Unix or Linus operating systems and Shell commands
? Know well about TCP/IP Protocols
Business Expertise
? Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
? Understands HSMS or SECS-II specification
? Understands Mitsubishi PLC communication specifications
Problem Solving
? Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents
?
Education
? Bachelor's Degree, Major in Computer Science or related disciplines
? 1 - 3 Years of Experience
