职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、Help manage CSS org HC and finance to ensure overall business healthy.
2、Drive monthly and quarterly business forecast cycle
3、Drive Operations rhythm within the team locally and in alignment with global rhythm to ensure business delivery on target, on commitments driving green scorecard.
4、Ensure the regular business reporting can fulfill support business needs on finding issues and making business decisions.
5、Accept regular and adhoc requests on business analysis on finding issues and making business decisions.
6、Simplify business review and drive business review efficiency.
任职要求：
1、Crystal Report. Be familiar with MS Office, like Excel, Publish, Office, etc.
2、DB Skills (MS SQL). Be familiar with writing SQL scripts to meet business requirements.
3、Strong troubleshooting skills and delivery issue fixed solution with good understanding data modelling /design and development for BI.
4、Strong communication, problem solving and soft skills dealing with multiple contributors from different business requirements.
5、Working knowledge of international business practices preferred
6、Quick learning skill for reliable BI technologies.
7、Major of Computer Science or engineering preferred.
8、Ability to self-learn, work on multi-tasking and act on own initiative is a plus.
