岗位职责：
"1、参与制定公司业务的销售战略、制定具体销售计划，开展销售预测。
2、组织与管理销售团队，完成公司产品销售目标。
3、控制销售预算、销售费用、销售范围与销售目标的平衡发展。
4、招募、培训、激励、考核下属员工，以及协助下属员工完成下达的任务指标。
5、收集各种市场信息，并及时反馈给上级与其他有关部门。
6、发展与协同企业和合作伙伴关系。"
职位要求：
"1、本科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业、30岁-40岁； 2、熟悉外包服务行业，必须具有大型同行业相关经验至少八年以上经验；
3、具有丰富的行业资源和渠道；较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力，有较为成功的行业销售案例或业绩，有网络销售管理经验者优先；
4、具有规划业务板块、快速团队组建能力，具备快速出业绩的解决方案；
5、具备优秀的时间与计划管理能力、领导能力、组织协调能力；
6、具有良好的沟通能力、判断力、社交能力；
7、英语水平良好，会驾驶者优先；"
