职位描述:

(1) Direct contact with client/dealer via phone & email
(2) Receives and analyzes all the information provided
(3) Strong technical & mechanical knowledge
(4) Experience in dealing with workshops
(5) Inputs all the required information in the systems
(6) According to the claims handling procedures
(7) Responsible for fraud detection and reporting
(8) Thorough understanding of all policy terms and conditions.
(9) Communication skills to all levels of staff, underwriters and customers.
(10) Ability to resolve complex and contentious issues – recognising complaints and taking the correct procedures to resolve them.
(11) Ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience and culture.
(12) Provide contribution and support to strategic direction of the business
(13) Collating statistical data, setting realistic targets and completing staff performance reviews based on these.
(14) Direct responsibility for ensuring all enquiries, queries and complaints are escalated using correct methods in accordance with departmental and company procedures, keeping the Operations/Claims Manager aware of any potential issues at all times.
(15) Fully trained in all aspects relating to systems, product knowledge, customer care, customer requirements and claims handling/customer service skills in conjunction with Operations Manager.
(16) Assist with the development of work flow procedures to improve efficiency.
(17) Assist with departmental reviews and staff induction plans.
(18) Identify training needs and assist with the design and delivery of training programs.
(19) Provide support and assistance to the Operations Manager, deputizing in periods of leave/absence.
(20) To undertake any other duty or responsibility that may reasonably be allocated by your line manager/senior management.


任职条件:

(1) Capable to prioritize claims handling.
(2) Capable to integrate measures and actions to fight against fraud.
(3) Capable to negotiate with assessment firms, spare part suppliers, etc.
(4) Capable to operate with assessment software tools in the claims workflow process
(5) Have experience gained in a Claims and Customer services environment, both from automotive, dealers groups
(6) Extensive automotive knowledge and experience of handling claims in manufacturer aftersales environment.
(7) Detailed understanding of the principles and practice of warranty programs.
(8) Understanding the importance of working as part of a team, and the need to help and motivate others.
(9) PC skills – Word (essential), Outlook (essential), Excel (essential), PowerPoint(essential),
(10) Creating and analysis of reporting information
(11) English speaking
(12) International experience
