GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Daily PRPO transaction work for all categories of Indirect Material purchasing activities;
? Sensitive to cost analysis and data segmentation;
? Indirect material vendors management;
? Commercial Contracts and consignment management;
? Involve in sourcing activities/ projects in APAC& Australia for assigned indirect material commodities;
? Drive to meet and exceed the key metrics goals as set by leadership to the specific direct commodities;
? Support indirect commodity manager in developing & deploying global/ regional indirect sourcing strategies;
? Involve in strategic negotiation on long-term agreements with specific suppliers;
? Assemble and analyze data to determine behavior patterns to identify opportunities for YOY productivity/ cost improvement;
? Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders, peers, and key or high impact suppliers, etc.;
? Develop competency & expertise for assigned indirect material commodities;
? Assisting APAC & Australia indirect material and continue rationalize supply base.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related;
? Good project management skills, excellent ability to read, drive& deliver the results for key sourcing projects;
? Strong analytical skills, capable of collecting and interpreting data to drive cost savings, identify projects;
? Strong/ effective communication skills, must be able to share results through appropriate channels such as metrics, reports, etc.;
? Knowledge and application of supply management systems, processes and practices;
? Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills;
? Knowledge of manufacturing/ automobile industry, markets and competitors;
? Commercial/ Indirect purchasing experience over 3 years;
? Results orientation, good team player, strong execution capability, does not require significant direction and assistance;
? Ability to properly handle multiple priorities and responsibilities;
? SAP/ Oracle knowledge or operating experiences;
? Six Sigma Green Belt/ Cost Management certified as a plus;
? Highly integrity, responsible, open minded;
? Willing to work, learn and can bear the workload and pressure.
