职位描述：

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with HR Manager and Director of Operation to ensure effective management of HR and administration in the region. Ensure timely & effective implementation of the policy & procedures.
• Execute and involve in recruitment process, including ensure recruitment channels be timely updated internally and externally, and filter potential candidates, conduct reference check, arrange interview appointment, offer proposal, on-board arrangement, and so on.
• Keep consistent watch on staff change(eg.new hire, resignation, termination, internal transfer, etc.), and ensure the changes be reported accurately and timely.
• New staff orientation & assimilation; HR policies and related information communication; Fulfill other HR related tasks or projects assigned by the manager.
• Review and clarify hourly staff overtime / shift attendance record and make sure it is in compliance of the policy and paid correctly.
• Monthly payroll preparation to ensure timely and accurate payment each month.
• Track on performance appraisal progress, including probation appraisal reminder, annual PA collection.
• Track on employment contracting status, to ensure timely and properly be updated.
• Provide data analysis support on kinds of compensation & benefit program.
• Provide the employment certification and registration upon the request (eg.Employment letter, work permit, ect.).
• Supervise each office Admin person in Office assets management, visitor management. Office discipline is reinforced during operation.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge in HR process and policies.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and networking skills.
• College degree in relative major, or with more than 5 years working experience in HR fields.
• Proficiency oral and writing in English.
• Skillful in Microsoft tools.
