Major Duties/Responsibilities
1. Review various legal documents, contracts and agreements in relation to WWE business. Keep filing and record of all reviewed documents; Monitor execution proceedings of legal documents and be responsible for the delivery of weekly tracking report.
2. Work closely and communicate effectively with internal business clients to provide legal consultancy and services in a timely manner.
3. Track the latest laws and regulations, publications in associated with WWE business operations. Support in doing continuous legal researches on the effect of newly promulgated laws and regulations to WWE business operations.
4. Translate and proofread legal documents in both Chinese and English.
5. Provide administrative and coordination support to legal team operations.
6. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Qualification Requirements:
1. PRC law degree from a university of good repute, master degree in law will be a plus, national bar qualification is required.
2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a China renowned law firm or a multi-national Corporation, experience in the commercial aspects of retail industry is preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills as developing and maintaining excellent relationships with business clients and outside legal counsel in order to understand WWE business and how to serve internal clients is critical to the business.
4. Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and prioritize multiple projects. Adaptability to changing environment and uncertainty.
5. Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point)
