SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage Renewal Activity with head of insurance
? Maintain zero account attrition or 100% renewal rate Ensure Aspire’s dominant position in HNW market.
? Own Account Management Plan, including profile, planning, reviewing and reporting for assigned clients and lead complaints
? Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly objectives and accurate forecasts, timely renewals and profitable account growth by 10% in terms of gross margin
2. Development of customer relationship
? Develop and nurture relationship with key personnel of target account at multiple levels.
? Monitor the market’s key trends to keep existing renewal. Understand competitions. Build up strong industry knowledge and expertise.
? Develop and implement Key Account Plans for Strategic Key Accounts.
3. Monitory Working Capital
? Monitor all related working capital
? Especially eensure that all accounts pay promptly and within agreed credit terms with zero bad debt accounts.
4. Client satisfaction and client engagement
? Ensure that Aspire products, services & delivery processes are fully understood by clients and their different channels/agents/agency/broker, and possibly end users, via different ways including client trainings, case sharing and co-promotion and co-marketing
? Actively monitor OPS (medial and concierge) utilization and case, and propose new strategies to increase utilization and improve quality of service to Client
5. Manage Salesforce
? Ensure real time update of all client related activities into Salesforce.com including performing the following activities.
? Tracking of all activities/points of contact with clients, all renewal processes, providing detailed information on what was discussed/decided and on exchanged documents
? Ensuring that all owned records (accounts, contacts, opportunities, etc.) are timely and accurately updated
? Ensuring the client operations and billing procedures are complete and up to date
? Ensuring Client AP and their contact details are accurate and up to date

? Good B-to-B Consultative Sales skill and discipline

? Presentation skills: able to present intangible services

Required Work Experience
? 5+ years’ experiences of selling intangible services
? Business development experience with high end hospitality (eg. bespoke travel industry, private luxury club or luxury brands) is preferred
? Experience of working in a matrix organization
Required Qualifications
? Bachelor degree required, MBA is plus.
? Oversea experience is plus
Required Languages
? Native Chinese
? Proficiency in English
