职位描述：
岗位职责：
-根据项目招聘需求，完成电话外呼工作，提升候选人面试意愿度；
-根据电话面试结果，撰写评语反馈主管，保证准确，完整的填写评语；
-做好项目文档、表格的整理；
-协助项目主管完成其他工作、事务。
-无销售业绩，无外出，主要以电话外呼形式与候选人沟通交流。

任职要求：
-大专及以上学历（有相关工作经验者，可放宽学历要求）；
-愿意从事人力资源相关工作优先，愿意从事呼叫中心外呼工作优先；
-沟通能力好，表达能力强，思维逻辑清晰；
-踏实勤奋，有亲和力，活泼开朗
