职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Define the welding parameter and routine of welding for the new products.
2. Understanding the drawing requirement and transfer it to production
3. Solving the problem in current production about the welding.
4. Support the program team to define the welding machine and facility in order to satisfy the product and process requirement.
5. Improve the efficiency through optimize the routine and parameter.
6. Know the technology about the exhaust parts making, including muffler line, bending line, automatic welding and robot welding
7. Support to make the PFMEA and control plan about the welding
8. Extend and training the people with the welding skills and knowledge.
9. To find the loss in production and improve with WCM tools and work as pillar.
10. Familiar wiht robot welding technology
11. Other tasks assigned by Leader.


Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in welding or mental material
2. Minimum 3-years experience in welding, preferable in automobile components;
3. Good PC skills including Excel, Project, Auto CAD etc.
4. Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must;
5. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
