Job Statement
？ The Procurement Manager is responsible for implementing standardized Direct Materials and Indirect Materials Procurement processes and tools for Quzhou Plant
？ Lead operational procurement for both Direct Materials and Indirect Materials.

Responsibilities:
？ Lead operational procurement team in QuZhou Plant for Planning, PO Issuing, Expediting and others.
？ Communicate with Plant General Manager and other departments for all needs.
？ Procurement KPI result regular report (annual / monthly / weekly)
？ Support and implement globally defined procurement processes and system related tools (Database etc.) in QuZhou Plant.
？ Ensure policy compliances by auditing the procurement processes
？ Review and provide feedback to instruction and training manual and train procurement team.

Requirements
？ Bachelor Degree. Post graduate studies in procurement preferred.
？ Minimum 10 years of experience, working for a western factory, procurement organization
？ Familiar with all Procurement process.
？ Work experience in foundry or heavy industrial environment considered preferred.
？ Ability to cope with sustained pressure
？ Very collaborative liaison with Factories, Planning, Finance and other departments is of extremely important requirement.
？ Require to full time station in QuZhou Plant and live in Quzhou locally.
？ Strong process orientated mind setting.
？ Strong development, training and implementations skills.
？ Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet the deadlines.
？ Strong communication skills, drive and performance orientation.
？ Ability to work in a team atmosphere
？ Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-language atmosphere. 举报 分享
