职位描述

- Achieve sales forecast and related performance metrics.

- Maintain existing Sponsor relationships and develop sales leads within account base.

- Spend 65% of time engaged in customer facing selling activities to include sales calls, bid defense meetings, telephone prospecting and proposal development activities.

- Submit a timely individual Monthly Sales Report to the Director of Sales or VP Business Dev and Marketing, International.

- Build relationships with key decision-makers at targeted Cornerstone and Key Sponsors and maintain a high level of understanding of the decision making process within all major Sponsors.

- Communicate regularly with clinical project teams in order to secure the potential for repeat business and maximize opportunities for feedback

- Collaborate with the Global Proposal Development team in creating proposal and contract documents.

- Design, implement and execute strategic account plans.

- Support and negotiate contracts and Master Service Agreements.

- Act as Company representative and be primary contact for Sponsors.

- Prepare and conduct Sponsor presentations (general capabilities and bid defense presentations).

- Host Sponsor visits and audits.

- Generate an annual sales forecast for respective territory.

- Work within budgetary guidelines as established by the Director of Sales or VP Business Dev and Marketing, International.

- Maintain list of Cornerstone, Key and Opportunistic accounts within respective territory

- Coordinate sales activity with global Core Account Teams at strategic accounts.
