岗位职责:
1、 具有热情、人脉、经验和能力为公司开拓全国环保市场;
2、 参与制定企业的销售战略、具体销售计划和进行销售预测;
3、 控制销售预算、销售费用、销售范围与销售目标的平衡发展;
4、 参与制定和改进销售政策与制度,使其不断适应市场的发展;
5、 发展与协同企业和合作伙伴关系,如经销商、代理商的关系;
6、 组织收集市场销售信息、新技术产品开发信息、用户反馈信息等;
7、 负责全国市场的产品宣传、公关促销、推广策划工作;
8、负责组织、推行、检查和落实营销部门销售统计及核算的的工作。
任职要求:
1、大专及以上学历,化学、化工、材料和环保专业优先;
2、5年以上工作经验;
3、具有一定的销售理论知识;
4、具有极强的谈判技巧;
5、具有优秀的人际交往能力和沟通能力;
6、具有很强的应变能力和学习能力;
7、从事环保行业相关工作者优先。
福利待遇:
1、公司缴纳五险;
2、15天带薪年假(工龄满一年后);
3、工资结构为底薪+绩效+提成,收入不封顶;
