职位描述：
服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Main purpose of the role
Achieve Purchasing result based on Business Plan commitment.
Achieve cost, quality, range extension and services objectives.
Analyze and report key indicators showing his performance
Maintain the integrity of the purchasing data, follow-up and reporting.
Secure supplier approval, financial, capacity, quality, delivery and services in order to manage the factory demands
Work in cooperation with the VSM Global Purchasing Mgr.

Key responsibilities / Tasks
Realize Business Plan implementation
Implement sourcing strategy
Negotiate and establish contract for local suppliers
Deploy and work according VSM quality manual
Is responsible of supplier market analyses, evaluation, and benchmarking of suppliers (he will receive the support of VSM Global Purchasing when it comes out of his own country)
Secure / follow suppliers financial situation
Follow, analyze, improve and report supplier performance on quarterly base
Drive quality and supplier delivery performance
Ensure right supplier selection and implement partnerships with suppliers
Develop and implement together with the respective departments technical specifications and standard in order to drive cost down activities
Plan, steer and manage cost reduction program
Ensure reliable data about Purchased volume, BP follow up, cost reduction projects and reporting
Initiate and install an effective communication with needed external department
Support the organization into the range extension, new product launch, In Sourcing activities or any key project
Support and promote 6 Sigma internally and externally

确保正确的供应商选择并与供应商进行合作
与各部门合作制定和实施技术规范和标准，以降低成本
计划、指导和管理降低成本计划
确保数据可靠性，包括采购的数量，BP跟进，成本降低项目和报告
与外部部门进行有效沟通
支持组织的范围扩展，新产品开发，采购活动或任何关键项目
支持和促进内部和外部的6西格玛项目

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

1 Education
University Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or Purchasing degree or equivalent degree
大专以上学历，工程或工商管理或采购学士学位或同等学历
2 Competencies
Strong business focus and understanding of the VSM business (aftermarket economy / financial data and consequences)
Excellent negotiating skills and commercial experience
Automotive mechanical Knowledge
Able to understand our internal business partner request in order to provide the best service.
Global understanding on VSM Processes from Purchasing to sales, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, engineering, …
Excellent communication skills and able to act in different areas like internal, external, supplier that could also be customer or partner
Able to work in cross cultural environment including traveling
Act pro-actively
SKF systems knowledge
Fluent in English
