Principle Responsibilities:
Parts Service Offer:
Analyze the AP parts business and define by segment the priorities and main focus areas for growth opportunities
Define a roadmap for end-users
Understand the gaps and leakage in distribution parts sales and establish strategy to reduce through targeted actions
Establish the support material to enable promotion and training of the local services organizations
Work with Parts Manager to define pricing strategy based on profitability requirements and market conditions
Strategic Implementation
Establish global strategic roadmap
Train the local organization on Parts product portfolio
Work with each individual service organization to define local strategy and roll-out plan, including resource plan, tracking metrics and performance milestones
Create and implement sales programs, promotions and incentive programs
Monitoring and Reporting
Monthly tracking of performance (including monitoring of incentive programs)
Status and evaluation of promotions and sales programs
Benchmarking of various Service organizations
Identifying of growth opportunities
Monitor market performance and reaction to initiatives in order to adapt as required (Voice of the Customer)
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
5 years' relevant experience in the industry
Excellent English communication skills
Strong skills in marketing investigation and reseach
Demonstrated ability to synthesize facts and insights into concrete actionable recommendations.
Dynamic and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player and customer focused (internal & external)
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills including reporting software
