POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Assisting the Asia Pacific Services Sales Leader to develop the long term innovative service marketing strategies to achieve dramatic and profitable growth in AP region. Responsible for managing a growing portfolio of contractual Services business in AP region and defining and implementing the go-forward strategy for the entire Comprehensive Care portfolio including the integrating the current offerings, developing plans for internal investment in innovation, and identifying new market opportunities in AP region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the development and execution of Asia Pacific Services Long Range Plan aligns with global services strategy and towards company vision.
Work closely with the sales and product management teams through the introduction and launch of Package Care offerings and ensure that the regional/site differences and needs are well understood and clearly represented in the category strategy
Manage the category and its value to our customers, work with teams through the value innovation process to ensure the customer's voice is properly represented in our investment and growth strategies for the category
Clearly define the competitive landscape, market segments that we currently participate in and the value that we offer customers in those segments and create new segments and business opportunities to help drive profitable growth
Work with the sales and marketing teams to understand channel issues to integrate portfolio across all go- to - market channels
Work with Operations to define baseline service level agreements and integrate into current and future offerings.
Provide training opportunities to AP Services Sales organization to help to drive business success
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master degree/ MBA is preferred.
Strong customer service mindset and business acumen ( understanding of return on investment , P&L makeup, sensitivity , cost structures , budgets, etc)
Good command of English/ Chinese (Fluently in speaking, listening, and writing skills)
Leadership , Presentation & analytical skills, as well as proven strategic planning ability and track record of profitable growth
Minimum 7 year experiences in industrial Marketing environment with responsibility for service agreements, life cycle management, a track record of success in relevant industrial markets is strongly preferred
Able to travel frequently
Able to work under pressure and high resilience
Strong communication capability and adaption to work in a highly matrix organization.
Leadership-drives team enthusiasm-inspires & energizes
Creative, thinks out of the box; thinks strategically, with a bias to execution
