岗位目的 Job Purpose
The Corporate Sales Consultant is responsible for selling company products/services to established clients. They specialize in handling new products and communicating with clients by (telephone or online through emails or chat or canvassing or cold calling, events, etc). The Corporate Sales Consultant sends quotations and takes orders for the clients and communicates the details related to the company or product, their responsibility also includes following up and tracking with the client regarding the product.
主要负责公司产品与服务的销售工作,引进新客户并巩固客源。销售人员须在了解并熟练运用各类新产品的基础上,以电话、电子邮件、网聊、调查、电话销售等方式与客户交流,向客户报价,接订单,与客户沟通有关公司与产品的细节信息,并在之后实时向客户跟进订单的动向。
职责Responsibilities
1. Present and sell Villa lifestyle products to current and potential clients.
向现有及潜在客户群体销售 Villa lifestyie 相关产品 。
2. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
寻找目标客户,列出联系清单,并制定具体的销售方案。
3. Follow up on new leads and referrals.
跟踪潜在的或对产品感兴趣的客户。
4. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
分析销售预期,并联系这些潜在客户。
5. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
完成产品陈述、销售方案及销售合同。
6. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
拓展并维护现有销售渠道及产品知识。
7. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
建立并维护当前及潜在客户的客户关系。
8. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
为现有客户提供高质量的跟踪服务。
9. Identify and resolve client concerns.
解决客户提出的问题。
10. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
完成各类销售报告,包括活动、销售完成、跟进、目标完成情况等。
11. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
与公司相关人员交流销售区域的市场活动,获得新产品和服务的潜在机遇,特定项目的进展情况,信息或反馈等。
12. Follow-up for collection or payment.
跟进回款及支付情况。
13. Participate in marketing events.
参与研讨会、贸易展览等市场推广活动。
14. Communicate accurate data collected and provide complete information to Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) & ERP.
准确的采集客户数据及完整的信息,并提交到客户关系管理系统。
