职位描述
Position Purpose
Provides sales lead follow-up and technical support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of PigCHAMP product. Serves as primary account liaison between company and customer. Responsible to help with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of end user help requests. Conveys customer feedback to PigCHAMP Inc. Use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools for customer problem resolution. May need to travel to customer sites to give in-person, hands-on support to end users as required.
Essential Functions and Basic Purpose
1) Follow-up on sales lead and ability to close sale.
2) Training for current and new products to customers to ensure customers are knowledgeable of purchased products.
3) Training for usage of PigCHAMP product to Sales and Tech service team to ensure they are able to make recommendation and follow-up service to customers.
4) Development and preparation of training materials for PigCHAMP products
5) Administration of customer orders & products by following protocol of PigCHAMP Inc.
6) Provide technical support for PigCHAMP products.
7) Identifies functionality problems with products.
8) Documentation of resolutions for customer requests.
9) Prioritizes and reports customer feedback to PigCHAMP Inc.
10) Thorough working knowledge of PigCHAMP Inc's products.
11) Thorough knowledge of swine industry.
Skills:
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organization skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and Mandarin.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Ability to develop training plans and materials.
Ability to resolve problems timely.
Activities and Requirements of this Position
Working knowledge of swine industry.
Demonstrated ability of learn/use complex software programs.
Performance evaluation is based on the revenue of PigCHAMP software.
