· To manage the complete Staff Resourcing (TS3) business in the Asia Pacific region.

· To identify and develop Staff Resourcing (TS3) business development opportunities in the Asia Pacific region

· Resource Management for TS3 business across the region

· To ensure the availability of well-trained staff to be insourced

· Administratively manages a defined group of centrally and regionally based CMAs, CRAs, SCRAs/ ACMMs/CMMs, etc.To manage client expectations

· To consolidate the existing TS3 business in the Asia Pacific region.

· To formulate and support TS3 client / opportunity proposals

· To formulate and support TS3 costing

· Financial responsibility for the Asia Pacific region, including budgets and profit

· Line Managing & Mentoring TS3 staff

· Interview, evaluate and recruit new CMAs, CRAs, SCRAs, Consultant CRAs, ACMMs, CMMs as required; provides retention initiatives for existing staff.

· Identify staff training requirements and development needs to ensure that these are met in co-ordination with the HR department and Company Training staff

· Review CRA training and development to include accompanied visits and performance appraisals for direct reports.

· Support other Business Development needs as and when requested
