职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
1/ Build up training system, work out annual training master plan
- Work out overall product & skill training plans as proactive integration of business strategies
- Identify training needs based on the business development
2/ Design & develop training solutions
- Build up effective training curriculum about product and service as clear learning path for BA
- Work together with internal & external partners to develop, modify and customize appropriate training materials
- Keep all training materials timely updated and make sure the high quality and accuracy
3/ Deliver training programs according to training plan
- Provide sales team with the necessary and practical service / selling skills and product knowledge to drive retail sales productivity
- Conduct TTT program to develop internal trainers & area trainers
4/ Track and evaluate the training effectiveness
- Track and report the result and effectiveness of all training activities on a regular basis
- Regularly do store visit to check and audit the operation process and service level after training
5/ Develop a motivating team
- Engage in effective communication with team members, in pursuit of continuous improvement of training expertise
- Best practices sharing among different regions and stores
- Plan, maintain and manage training budgets effectively to facilitate training execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 5 years professional experience in MNC
- Structured and logical thinking;
- Communicate with others effectively in complex environment
- Quick to learn & willing to share best practice for continuous improvement
- Project management
- Strong background on retail and operation experience
- Good training delivery and facilitation skill
- Course design and development skills preferable
- General knowledge in HR practices with focus on function and sales training is preferred
- Good understanding of cosmetic retail business
- English proficiency
