职位职责
Purpose of the position

To develop and cooperate with overseas agent partners to meet the objectives of growth of airfreight businesses.

The primary purposes of this position are:
1.Identify and support opportunities to grow business with overseas agent
2.Develop new overseas agents
3.Driving continuous improvement and optimization to retain business
4.Bidding/ad-hoc pricing management.
5.Key agent relationship management

专业素质要求
Function/Market & industry Knowledge
1.Good knowledge of T.H.I. ‘s strategy and products
2.Good commercial and operation knowledge of the air freight / sea freight industry and supply chain management and logistics
3.Extensive knowledge of market, opportunities and trends.(customers, competitors, suppliers and major trade lanes)
4.Problem solving skills
5.Proven and sustained track record to deliver results and work in a matrix organization and collaborate with different parties across regions.

任职资格
Requirement
1.Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
2.5 years of work experience preferred in an international environment.
3.3 years of overall industry experience.
