职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Conduct EHS Self-assessment and evaluation, internal audit, identify gap and develop action plan to continual improve EHS management system in Plant.
- Independently develop and implement training programs related to EHS for plant personnel and act as a fundamental resource for manufacturing/engineering personnel related to EHS issues when needed;
- Assist in auditing the safety and environmental programs and implementing corrective actions for continuous EHS improvement;
- Coordinate and communicate with government agency to obtain the necessary permit related to EHS for the plant operation;
- Coordinate the implementation of 3M EHS procedure and program in Plant;
- Conduct safety review for new process and equipment or current process and equipment change.
- Assist in EHS risk identification and control for manufacturing;
- Supervise fire protection, special equipment and radiation equipment management on site.
- Able to lead incident investigation, root cause identification, corrective and preventive action develop and follow-up with other responsible.
- Lead maintenance team to reduce machine down time and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in EHS related field;
- 3+ years related EHS work experience, prefer multi-national manufacturing company experience;
- 3+ years machine maintenance experience;
- Familiar with laws and regulations of local government and administrative bureaus in EHS area;
- Good communication skill in English and Chinese.
