Position Description (brief summary of job purpose):
? Being the driver of forecast accuracy performance by working with key stakeholders (sales/marketing and finance team)
? Aim at achieving high service level in terms of supply planning, product availability and inventory AOP
? Maintain data integrity in planning systems and provide accurate reporting
? High engagement in global projects and continuous process improvement in Greater China
Position Responsibilities/Authority (in bullet form, describe the key accountabilities or deliverables of the position):
? Facilitate monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting with Sales and Marketing team to align consensus forecast, review marketing strategies and inventory performance
? Drive monthly planning cycle activities which include forecast maintenance in system, facilitate global S&OP meeting, work with global supply chain to improve supply shortage
? Work closely with the Regulatory Affairs department to ensure smooth phasing in
? Drive inventory optimization and product availability at the same time
? Root causes analysis and corrective actions in product availability, service level and inventory target failure
? Maintain and review master data setting in quarterly basis
? Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) review in monthly and quarterly basis with Business Units
? Conduct continuous improvement project in Greater China
? Being key stakeholder in global supply chain projects
Basic Qualifications (basic skills and experiences necessary to perform the job: must be relevant, objective, and non-comparative):
? 2-5 years of related experience in Supply Chain Planning preferably in a multi-national environment.
? Good business systems knowledge, ex. SAP r3 and SAP APO.
? Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
? Good communication, presentation and inter-personnel skills with ability to work collaboratively.
? Experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences industries is desired.
? Proven evidence of Medtronic Core Behaviors.
