职位描述：
SPECIFC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Direct involved all outsourcing vibration parts quality in terms of casting & machining and internal fabrication process of vibrator.
2.Research and understand desired Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing Process requirements on each vibration parts, familiar with the process machine works.
3.Responsible for the vibration process document establishment, fixture designing and vibration site planning in the view of process optimization.
4.Involve and be fully accountable for Supplier Quality Assurance activities such as
a)On site production inspection (if necessary)
b)Corrective action request and root cause analysis
c)Periodic Supplier audit, scorecard and continuous improvement plan
5.Develop processes and methods for manufacturing and assembly, using available equipment and resources that will ensure processes deliver lowest cost for quality products.
6.Research, acquire and document new process and equipment, as dictated by management’s strategic goals, to assure product cost competiveness in the future.
7.Troubleshoots and optimize the manufacturing or assembly process to help solve production problems and maximize process efficiency with hands on experience.
8.Develop standards SOP and time studies to ensure accurate product costs.
9.Maintain correct raw materials and resources on “bills of material” to reflect current design of products and ensure smooth transition during engineering changes for product and/or process improvement efforts.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
1. Ideally prefer Bachelor Degree in Engineering , other degree could be considered based on talent of candidate ,college could be considered depends on working experiences.
2. Min.5 years of work experience, at least 2 years of direct supplier quality management combined with strong fabrication process basis, iron die casting, forging, sheet metal, high end machining components, understanding of motor product will be a plus.
3. Hands on experience with internal fabrication process established and optimized.
4. Well command of AutoCAD & Solidworks
5. Good written and oral English preferred.

2. Focus, extremely organized and positive attitude.
3. Able to work with all levels of management.
4. Willing to change and able to change as change agent.
