职位描述：
Warehouse sampling, receiving and delivery management:
1) Ensure and maintain quality system implement in warehouse;
2) Manage traceability system in warehouse and provide products traceability information during issues handling;
3) Coordinate the quality issues communication and handling;
4) Quality and food safety issues management and improvement during receiving and delivery ;
Distributor management:
1) Maintain distributors systems based on global requirement;
2) Manage annual audit process in collaboration with external 3rd auditing party and internal cross functional teams;
3) Audit reports following up by communicating with sales team and CAPA implementation in distributors’ warehouses ;
4) Provide traceability information when needed for incidents handling;
5) Any other businss process and projects support from QRC;
Consumers and customers complaints:
1) Maintain consumers and customers complaints process related with quality performance;
2) Following up non-manufacturing complaints reduction actions;
3) Coordinate region and factory for complaints investigation;
4) Complaints data analysis and reports
New products verification and CAPA actions following up
1) Coordinate the new products sampling on verification;
2) Data analysed on new products compliance and defects rate;
3) Coordinate each related function and drive for the improvement actions;
