职位描述：
Development Quality Engineer
Job Responsibility:
? Define and drive execution of the quality plan in a product development project:
1. Voice of the Customer
2. Critical Parameters
3. Robust & Reliable Design
4. Risk & Problem Management
? Define and drive completion of test plan in a product development project:
1. Analysis Testing
2. Design Evaluation Testing
3. Product and Process Maturity Testing
4. Early Market Feedback
5. On-going Reliability Testing
? Provide an interface between the project team members (e.g. Project Managers and Software/Mechanical/Electronics Engineers & Architects & etc.) and communicate regularly on the quality status
? Capture learning from previous development projects (both on development process and on technical issues) and initiate improvements in the current/new projects

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree holder in engineering discipline with sound knowledge on quality assurance methods
2. At least 5 years’ experience in product development
3. Solid knowledge in applying Quality tools, like Design For Six Sigma, DFMEA, Cpk, and MSA
4. Strong experience in product development particularly of consumer electronics products, preferred on audio & video related products
5. Can work independently and under pressure
6. Able to drive suppliers on delivering high quality product
