职位描述：
Job Summary工作概要:
负责财务部全面工作，包括财务核算、财务预算以及内外各种财务报表，确保财务工作符合国家财税相关法律法规，符合公司财务政策及制度，协助管理层实现公司经营指标，为管理层提供财务专业建议

Job Responsibilities工作职责:
1 全面负责财务职能，涉及经营管理、成本控制，资金管理，税务规划，银行关系，财务预算及内部控制等，确保符合财务法律法规
Lead Finance function in business and cost controls, cash management,treasury, tax planning, budgeting, internal controls and overall and comply with laws and regulations（PRC GAAP& USGAAP） 20%
2 负责公司月度滚动预测及所有内外发送财务报告，与业务部门协调设定各种行动方案以完成公司财务指标
Responsible for the monthly rolling forecast and all financial reporting, coordinate with business department to set up action plan to achieve the financial performance 15%
3 根据SOX404执行内部审计，协调外部审计保证所有内部控制流程符合要求，同时协助管理层在公司运营流程规范及内部控制方面的持续改进
Execute internal audit with SOX 404 and coordinate external audit efforts in plant to ensure sufficient financial routines and controls in place; Assist management on continual improvement in business operations, processes and internal controls 20%
4 从财务专业角度为管理层提供与经营有关的建议以实现公司经营指标,运用专业工具为公司持续经营提供专业建议
Provide financial suggestions to the management to ensure the operation performance; Support and direct measures to ensure sustainable business decisions 15%
5 参与公司投资决策，包括投资评价和投资跟踪
Involve the investment decision including capex review and control 10%
6 负责带领、培养和激励财务团队发展规划，充分考虑员工及团队的发展和提升，包括职责分配，明确培训需求和潜在发展机会
Lead, coach and motivate a team of finance professionals , and manage the growth and development of team and their talents including allocating duties and assignments and identifying training needs for current jobs and potential roles 20%。

Qualifications资格:
Education/ Certification教育背景/证书：
？ 会计或财务相关专业本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above with Accounting or Finance related major
？ 注册会计师优先，CPA/ ACCA preferred

Work Experience工作经验：
？ 五年以上相同或近似岗位工作经验，制造型企业（外企）优先
More than 5years of experience in a similar position, Manufacture industry experience in foreign enterprise is preferred
？ 成本经验及标准成本经验优先
Good at costing ,standard cost experience preferred
Specialized Skills/Knowledge专业技能/知识：
？ 熟悉并掌握中美会计准则
CPAUnderstanding of local statutory requirements and US GAAP
？ 熟悉SOX404法规及内部控制
Understanding of internal controls, SOX 404
？ 拥有娴熟的分析技巧，对于运营相关的成本控制，预算和资金管理有清晰的理解和实施经验possess strong analytical skills with a clear understanding and implementation of business processes and controls, budgetig,and fund management
？ 英语流利
Fluent in English both written and oral
