?通过优质服务,体现公司形象
Present company image through excellent service
?接听转接电话并做记录
Answer and transfer calls (take messages, answer routine and non-routine questions)
?执行前台工作守则,接待迎送来访者,管理访客注册信息和办理访客登记卡
mplement reception working procedure, receive and farewell the visitors, manage visitor register log. and give out visit cards
?负责预定会议室,视频会议和音频会议
Be responsible for booking the meeting room, video conferencing and audio conferencing
?遵循办事流程,监管工单记录填写,管理来访者的门卡使用以维护办公室安全
Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
?管理电话机网络设备
Maintain telecommunication system
?录入相关记录
Key in related records
?保持办公区域的清洁和整齐
Keep the work areas clean and in order
任职要求:
?大专及以上学历
Technological academy and above
?3年以上后勤管理或者行政管理的经验,包括向销售团队提供办公支持
Minimum of three years facilities management or administrative support experiences, including providing office support to sales force
?熟练使用办公系统软件如Word,Excel,Outlook
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (word, excel, outlook…)
?熟练并正确的运用英语进行商务写作
Demonstrated proficiency in business writing using correct English grammar.
?普通话发音标准
Good Mandarin pronunciation
?良好的沟通能力
Good communication skills
?良好的团队意识
