职位描述：
-Design, build system common knowledge course and delivery training (Including but not only for the new comer / internal staff & management)
-Plan, execute and review annual and month training plan
-Lead and improve TQM team performance management process to satisfy strategy requirement.
-Organize and adjust working methods of our employees.
-To lead and control the working methods related to Process development work within company system.
-Understand and be familiar with seafreight/airfreight routine operation requirements and internal operation systems;
-Design and customize training content based on needs analysis and internal customers requirements;
-Regularly review the training content to make sure knowledge is always up-to-date;
-Quarterly written report about situation in respective area of responsibility

Requirement:
-University degree & extended education in freight forwarding and commercial education
-Over 3-5 years experience in international forwarding company;
-Quality Management
-Understanding of logistic processes
-English language (Business fluent)
-Structured and organized personality
-Working experience with Seafreight Operator /Customer Service or in similar role will be preferred
-Presentable and self-motivated
-Willingness and ability to travel 举报 分享
