职位描述

工作职责:
1. 建立和维护与目标客户及经销商的关系。及时准确的完成客户拜访、计划和销售报告等。
2. 确定客户对于产品性能、交货时间,服务需求和培训的要求,与公司内部各部门协调相关信息使产品更好的应用于市场。
3. 保持CRM数据库更新,以确保拥有完备的信息以支持销售计划的制定。
4. 根据销售主管的要求,制定和实施特别的销售项目,以满足特定的业务发展需求。
5. 为销售和市场部门提供产品市场占有率,竞争产品信息,和地区发展趋势等信息。
6. 为客户进行产品安装、操作培训及解决各类问题,以确保客户满意度。

职位要求
1. 本科以上学历,具有三年以上在病理和医学领域的仪器销售经验。
2. 具有免疫组化背景知识优先考虑。
3. 上进心强,能够承受工作压力,具有独立工作的能力。
4. 良好的团队合作精神,可信赖,自律。
5. 较强的英语和计算机应用能力。
6. 可以经常出差。
7. 必须具有良好的职业道德和诚信精神。

Area of Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with target customers and dealers. Complete customer call reports, account plans and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Identify Customer expectations with regard to product performance, delivery times, service needs & training and transfer / coordinate the relevant information with internal departments in order to deliver optimal solutions to the market.
3. Continuously enter up-to-date information into the CRM database in order to provide a sound basis for activity planning.
4. Plan and deliver special projects as requested by the Sales Supervisor in order to address specific tactical and/or strategic business needs.
5. Supply information on Market share development, competitor’s activities, trends and market developments in geographic region of responsibility to Sales Management and Marketing.
6. Conduct product installations and customer operational training including trouble shooting in order to ensure the customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. University graduated with no less than 3 years' sales experience in Pathology & Medical field.
2. Solid knowledge and strong background in IHC is highly preferred.
3. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, capability of working independently.
4. A good team player, reliable and self-disciplined.
5. Good English and computer skills.
6. Willing to travel.
7. Above all, unquestionable ethics and integrity.
