Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Clipboard tool and ensure the on-going use as it relates to Presentation, Retail Operations, Store Development and Product modules. Develop, implement, update and monitor the Retail communication cadence and content. Support processes and directions from cross-functional teams to properly disseminate information and instructions across all store formats to ensure smooth operations and the UA athlete experience. Support Visual Merchandising and Retail Marketing by monitoring standards and guardrails are executed in store.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
? Clipboard strategy development and implementation
? Own the Clipboard platform by understanding modules, functionality, technology
? Develop a Clipboard implementation and on-going improvement plan for Greater China
? Gather requirements from leadership and retail teams to properly address lessons learned and issues
? Collaborate with IT, Wooqer and Retail Operations to enable an effective tool and process
? Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain and Management to roll-out modules and value add solutions
Communication / Content Management / Project Manager
? Act as content manager for all information that is sent to stores, auditing all content before sending and then auditing compliance to content
? Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure content is provided according to set cadence, in proper formats and managing timelines
? Creating Retail Ops content as needed where appropriate or gathering content from other teams
? Train and on-board new partners on the tool and UA team member
? Continuous quality review and improvement of Greater China’s training solutions, using a structured approach to prioritize content development, implementation and evaluation to measure ROI
? Manage the Retail training curriculum coordination and ensure it is a ‘best in class’ portfolio of programs by continuously updating and improving the content
? Leverage best in class technology and trends during rollouts of tools and materials
? Development and implementation of training propositions for all store formats taking into account all specific business needs
? Provide ongoing support and motivation to the Area teams responsible for training and Clipboard execution
? Develop Area resources to support the delivery of Clipboard and Retail training at store openings and on an on-going basis
? Meet with the Area teams at least twice a year for ongoing skills development and measure progress against set goals
? Project Manage other ad-hoc projects as required (according to the needs of the stores)
? Equip UA Store teams with the necessary tools within Clipboard and knowledge to be successful. Encourage members of the retail management team to take responsibility and ownership for training and development within their businesses.

? Actively build relationships both within UA and with colleagues and associations outside of UA. Help to keep specialist training and development skills and knowledge up to date through contacts and networking.


Technical Attributes of Ideal Candidate: include but are not limited to the following:

? 3-5 years of customer facing experience, experience in Retail preferably in a Chinese environment.
? Fluency in English and proficient in Mandarin
? Strong project and budget management skills
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? MS office proficiency
? 2+ experience in a multinational organization
? Undergraduate degree, ideally in marketing, administration, business or relevant careers
? Passionate about retail and sports
