2、有较强的学习能力，具备较强的店铺管理及推销方面的专业技能；
3、具备较强的逻辑思维能力和语言表达能力，能够对终端进行正确销售引导；
4、热爱营销工作，有强烈的工作责任心和自律意识；
5、良好的形象,具有吃苦耐劳的精神，有良好的服务意识；
工作内容：
1、负责区域内人事管理工作，核心是根据工作要求及标准组建团队，拓展招聘渠道、人员筛选等；
2、负责区域内店铺营销活动及日常事务的整体协调及跟进；
3、负责区域内店铺临时交办的各项事宜。
