职位描述：
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Place Purchasing Orders for products to ensure shipment to meet end user requirements. Follow up on time delivery of the materials.
2.Manage the purchase of materials, and meet quality, delivery, and other performance goals. Drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes including PO mgmt, contract mgmt, etc.
3.Develops new supply sources where appropriate.
4.Analyze quotations received, selects supplier, and schedules delivery.
5.May prepare and/or oversee preparation of orders and/or follow up on orders to expedite delivery and shipment.
6.Will develop and maintain necessary records and files/reporting, including item code , supplier code, supplier list.
7.Responsible for new product price negotiation.
8.Supplier searching, selection and approve.

Skills and Abilities must to hold:
1.Minimum 2 years work experience in a purchasing / procurement position;
2.Strong bias for action and ability to drive progress and deliver results – Must be self-driven and be able to meet required milestones and deadlines.
3. Relationship / networking ability - Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and other internal stakeholders.
4.Good written and oral communication skills in English
5.Passion and commitment – Must be persistent and tenacious and not deterred by obstacles.
6.Must be able to conduct all activities with integrity and inline with expected ethical standards.
7.IT applications – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Prefer to have
1.Negotiation skills with indepent working style and able to work as good team member as well.
2. Leadship and influnence internally and externally to lead cross-functional meeting with vendors, customers and QC team
3.Candidate with Chemistry knowledge or pharm Industry working background is preferred, but not a must. 举报 分享
