? To ensure the all system running smoothly in Operation department
? 保证各体系在生产运营部的正常运行
? To smooth the process interface between and insidedepartments by process optimization
? 优化流程，达到部门内外部间的过程界面平滑
? To implement all managing projects successfully
? 保证各个管理项目的平稳实施

Main Tasks
? Responsible for procedure optimization and production process continuous improvement, increase whole process interface efficiencybetween and inside departments.
? 负责流程优化和生产工艺的持续改进，提高部门内外部间整个流程的效率。
? Implement operational excellence, prepare the production progress report and track the KPI of production. Analyze the performance of whole manufacturing. Find the root cause of quality, output, cost, productivity and make and track corrective measures.
? 实行精益生产,通过月度报告，分析各项指标的完成情况，并制定和落实影响质量、产出，成本，生产力的改进措施；
? Improve visual management，maintain KANBAN management. Promote 5S activities in whole company
? 完善目视化管理、维修看板管理，在公司范围内推进5S；
? Responsible for all audits (system, customer, internal) and LPA
? 负责各种审核（体系、客户和内部）及分层次审核
? Responsible for SCAN measure implementation and report,Opex
? 负责SCAN措施的落实，Opex报告
? Continuous maintain and improve “Zero crater”
? 零缩孔措施的维护和完善；
? To investigate the root cause of quality complaints and prepare the quality corrective report and track the implementation of corrective measures.
? 参与调查质量投诉，包括编写质量问题报告，落实跟踪整改措施。
? Procedure documentation review and updated.
? 程序文件的编写和更新
? EHS Responsibilities: see attached Job EHS Responsibility Description
? Education:Bachelor or above
? Working Experience:5+ years’ experience in process or operational excellence management, chemical industry preferred
? Technical &Professional Knowledge:Excellence English, well SAP skill and knowledge 举报 分享
