职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Provide regular Business Unit reporting for all the activities in the region which contains volume, sales, cost, Capex, plant utilization figures
- Monitor business situation and indicate/analyze any big deviations from target and budget as well as historical data
- Provide business support and be the partner for Business Unit
- In charge of credit management for the segment to support fast growth in the region at the same time to ensure the risk has been analyzed / controlled.
- Participate in various investment, M&A and growth projects in the region to boost business performance
- Improve related business process and procedure to increase efficiency and effective of organization.

Requirements
- University graduate or above, major in accounting, finance, etc
- Good experience in the field of accounting, controlling or costing.
- Fluent English language skills in writing and speaking.
- Familiar with SAP
- Good team leadership skills. Good Team Player and Leader.
