1.通过各种渠道收集有效的客户资料；
2.按计划、有步骤地做好公司电信增值业务的销售及推广工作；
3.以电话的销售方式发掘并追踪潜在客户需求，积累客户资源；
4.对客户进行产品的讲解及销售；
5.准确判断、分析和把握客户的需求，创造性完成业绩目标。

岗位要求：
1.中专以上学历，市场营销或者管理专业、有良好的沟通能力及语言表达技巧，反应敏捷；
2.性格开朗，有较强的表达能力和沟通技巧，工作积极主动；
3.具备较强的业务拓展能力，抗压能力强，愿意挑战高薪；
4.诚信，踏实，责任心强，具备团队合作精神；
5.有互联网、运营商等行业相关工作经验者优先考虑。

薪资待遇：底薪+高提成+补助+奖金
