职位描述：
Major Items：
Promote/implement/improve quality management system in full scope of company activities（Weighting：50%）
1. ISO quality management set up, update, improve, etc；
2. Promote to implement ISO quality management in full scope；
3. Implement quality management in all process and function area and monitor the implement result；
4. Lead related quality training to all staff, to promote quality awareness；
5. Monitoring the management indicators monthly and make sure company target are under control；
6. Document control；
7. Preparation for different kinds of quality system audit and make sure quality system is effectively；
8. Periodical internal management review and corrective action.
Product and related service quality control and improvement（Weighting：30%）
1. Customer complaint handling. CA and PA implementation；
2. On-site process quality audit and inspection. Continuously improvement process quality；
3. Coordinate to solve quality issues in production and service；
4. Cpk analysis report；
5. Test equipment calibration.
Quality control（Weighting：20%）
1. Build up a strong quality inspection team; give enough training and authority to control product quality；
2. Lead raw material quality inspection with the support from other department；
3. Coordinate to handle off-spec raw material and product.

Education 教育背景：
Chemical Bachelor degree above

Special knowledge/Skills 特别技能及知识：
1. Good English on writing and speaking;
2. Knowledge in chemical industry;
3. Proactive and initiative, good team player;
4. Certified quality engineer, qualified internal ISO auditor.

Related Experience 相关经历：
1. More than 3 years quality management experience in chemical industry;
2. Experience in preparation of ISO audit and its following up actions;
