1.Minimum a bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance/Accounting, holding CPA qualification
2.10+ years’ of accounting/finance working experience
3.Language: Mandarin ability to summarize information succinctly and English ability to write clearly and concisely.
4.Communication Skills: Ability to effectively present information and to interact with team.
5.Computer Skills: Kingdee K3 software, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
6.Attitude: Entrepreneurial and team-oriented attitude with impeccable integrity, work ethic and commitment.
职 责：
The Controller will be the main contact at the company communicating with external and internal parties, in terms of all the financial related affairs such as bookkeeping, cash flow, bank visits, tax issue, and audit activities.
The successful candidate will have a passion for a simple structured but performance-oriented company, who is willing to deal with hands-on jobs in order to achieve the corporate objectives. The understanding on valuation, financial modeling, IPO will be helpful.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1.To maintain financial & accounting system: bookkeeping, BS, P&L, and cash flow.
2.In charge of monthly, quarterly annual reports & analysis to the corporate.
3.Reviews financial statements and presents financial information.
4.Works with the third party concerning tax, audit, banking, and transactions, etc.
5.Coordinates the annual business plan updates, monthly projects, and special project analysis.
